Under the auspice of StudentAffairs, Enrollment Management provides leadership to financial aid, retention, recruitment, records, advisement, and First Year Programs for the Alabama State University community.

The mission of Alabama State University's Office of Enrollment Management is to utilize a systematic and comprehensive approach to strategically plan, implement, and assess high-quality student services and programs. These services and programs are designed to facilitate efficient student recruitment, sustainable and diverse student enrollment, progressive financial literacy, engaging student persistence, and career-ready graduation.

• Increasing new and returning student enrollment

• Increasing the overall student academic profile

• Increasing campus-wide awareness of recruitment and retention best practices specific to Alabama State

• Supporting the University's Strategic Plan and Academic Road Map through multiple academic and student support services
