You may contact the Title IX Coordinator or any of the following on-campus resources to report an incident or discuss issues or concerns (for an emergency, always call ASU Campus Police at (334) 229-4400 or 911):

Any student who believes that he/she has been subjected to discrimination prohibited by Title IX, or that the University has failed to meet its Title IX obligations, may bring the concern to the attention of the University Title IX Coordinator, who has authority to address the concerns through formal or informal resolution in accordance with ASU’s Gender Based Misconduct Policy. 

The Title IX Coordinator will work collaboratively with other University officials charged with responsibilities for student, faculty and staff conduct, discipline and safety. 

Although a sexual misconduct report can be filed at any time, we encourage you to report incidents to ASU Campus Police immediately at (334) 229-4400, or by calling 911. Delay can impair the ability to collect forensic evidence, make arrests, or implementation of protective measures. 

Regardless of whether you choose to report the incident to the police, you can contact campus resources, such as Violence Against Wo(men) Program (VAWP) or Student Counseling Services for assistance.  Additionally, if you wish, the university can implement appropriate interim measures to provide for your safety, as well as the campus community, and to avoid retaliation.
