Duplicate diploma requests should be submitted via email to diplomarequest@alasu.edu and must include: 

• Your full name while in attendance
• Social security number (required for years prior to 2000) or student ID number
• Year and term of graduation
• Current mailing address
• Current telephone number

Please contact the Cashier's Office (334-229-4699) to make payment of $20.00 for reprint and mailing fee.

Diplomas generated for years prior to 2014 will include the current administration's signatures.
