In ASU's College of Health Sciences, you will engage a diverse group of students and world-class faculty in courses, laboratories, seminars, and internships. Our students enjoy state-of-the-art facilities in the 80,000 square foot John L. Buskey Health Sciences Center, which includes three therapeutic rehabilitation labs, simulated medical records lab, the Laboratory for the Analysis of Human Motion, a counseling and assessment lab, and assisted daily living and physical dysfunction labs.

The College of Health Sciences at Alabama State University educates and graduates health-related professionals characterized by academic excellence, the use of critical/clinical reasoning skills, and ethical decision making. Our graduates contribute to improving health care delivery and are committed to the elimination of health disparities and the provision of evidence-based, interdisciplinary care with special emphasis on underserved communities.
